Fringe Film Festival

The Fringe Film Festival is here, a competition open to anyone age 16 or older who would like to make a film and enter it to win a grand prize of $2000. This year's theme is "An Eastern Western" and all films must be made to fit the theme. For more information, rules and the entry form, visit arts.usu.edu/fringe.
