Current USU Eastern Students
If you are currently enrolled at USU Eastern, you DO NOT need to submit an admissions application to take classes at another USU location. However, you will need to request a major change into a bachelor degree program of study. Please follow these steps to expedite the processing of your major request:
- Fill out a Bachelor Degree Major Request form
- Fax or mail the form to:
USU Admissions Office
0160 Old Main Hill
Logan UT 84322-0160
- If you have college credits from any other institution(s), that do not appear on your USU Eastern transcript, request that official transcript(s) be sent to the USU Admissions Office at the address listed above.
Please note that you must meet the minimum admission requirements of your desired major in order for your request to be approved.
Also, current USU Eastern students who wish to supplement their USU Eastern class schedule with USU Regional Campuses and Distance Education (RCDE) classes can do so without requesting a major change. You can simply register for the RCDE classes you need. Please be aware that RCDE tuition and fees will apply.
